The southern side of India has rich cultural and culinary traditions passed down to generations for thousands of years. The word Rasam (or Ras) encompasses everything that makes us feel ecstatic! In Dance, it talks about the expression of true and deep emotions, while in food, it is the taste of every flavor that sparkles on our tongues. Both fill our souls with extreme delight.
Avinash Mohan is a multiple award-winning Chef based in Dubai. Having started his career with the Oberoi Mumbai, Avinash has worked with many world-class chefs and led 5-star hotel kitchens across India, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His last achievements were as the Executive chef of Address Marina, Director of Culinary at Palace Downtown, and then Head of F&B Operations for EMAAR Hospitality at EXPO2020. He recently got featured in the Caterer Middle East Power List 2023.

We are over the moon to have this restaurant in our neighbourhood! What an amazing food with authentic flavours. Beautiful decor and amazing service. Definitely, it’s going to become a destination in the coming weeks for people from all around. Their weekend buffet is an absolute must-try. Also, their banquet space is really good.

A must-try for seafood enthusiasts is their Paalkonj, a dish that perfectly captures the essence of the coast with its flavors and freshness. It's rare to find such authentic tastes and aromas so far from home, and we're grateful to Chef Avinash for bringing a piece of Kerala to our neighborhood.
